Lorrie was very easy to communicate with and efficient in setting up an appointment to have the elevators inspected and an another appointment to have them fixed. Andy and Alan were very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. They did a great job and were very personable to have around. Continuation of review: The stair lift needed a minor adjustment and the company was very quick to respond! Tom the sales rep from the company came over and checked it out. He sent the info to the owner and he came within a day or two and resolved the problem! I'd rate the service 5 stars to date!

The salesman Tom was very good to work with. He answered many of my questions and worked with me with this project. He gave me references of other satisfied customers, he was knowledgable about the particular stair lift that we purchased, he did the best job of all the other companies that came to do an estimate! The owner of Nationwide installed the lift with his assistant and he was just an all around sincere and pleasant guy. He did a great job with the installation and he did it in about 1.5 hours! I purchased a used lift from them, it's in excellent condition, it's an indy pinnacle by Harmar. So far we are very happy with it. I will write another review in about 6 mo to a year to let people know how things are going overall. I chose a great company to work with and I highly recommend them! Steve R. Syracuse, NY

We have a lift/elevator sold and installed by Nationwide Lifts. We have had nothing but good experience with the company. Quality product. Wonderful customer service. Excellent response times when needed. Good price. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a elevator/lift.
